Panic attack symptoms
Ranging from a tinge of anxiety to total panic, you may feel like you are on the brink of a meltdown or don’t know how to stop it. You may feel:
- shaking, sweating
- high-pressure
- urge to run but unable to move
- racing heartbeat
- shortness of breath
- tightness in your throat
- chills
- chest pain
- dizziness, light-headedness or faintness
- losing consciousness.
These are a very common list of symptoms, and you don’t need to experience all of them. Even thinking about having a panic attack makes you feel like you’re going to die, and even the memory of them can haunt us. That is why it is so hard to visit new places, meet with friends, date, and enjoy life.
I know that when you feel overwhelmed by your panic attack, it can seem impossible to cope with the fear. This is why you need a long-term solution to overcome this. Stop looking for tricks to cope when panic attacks get you, and start looking for a way to be free from them forever.
