Emotional release
Are you walking around like a ticking bomb? Blowing up with anger with no control over it? Perhaps you are feeling like you’re on an emotional rollercoaster throughout the day, and it is exhausting! You cry over the smallest things and keep asking yourself why and how to stop. Your heart is broken, and you hold in excruciating pain. These are signs of emotional suppression.
The body always keeps the score – suppressing emotions may actually make you physically sick. If you are in recovery from a medically diagnosed illness, emotional release may be incredibly beneficial as an addition to ongoing treatment.
Is it difficult, painful, and scary? No. The good news is that emotional release can be done in a gentle and safe way. Let go and create a space for a new feeling.
