Clinical psychotherapy provides support for individuals living with psychiatric diagnoses or long-term mental health conditions. This includes anxiety disorders, clinical depression, bipolar traits, trauma following significant events (e.g. car accidents or loss), addiction, personality-related difficulties, and gender dysphoria. These sessions offer a therapeutic space that complements psychiatric or medical care. The work focuses on emotional regulation, psychological insight, and strengthening your inner capacity to cope, connect, and feel supported in your experience.

Therapeutic sessions for couples, partners, or family members seeking support around communication challenges, emotional disconnection, or recurring conflict. These sessions offer a calm and non-judgemental space to reflect, reconnect, and strengthen your relationships. Especially helpful during times of tension, transition, or misunderstanding.

Drawing on polyvagal theory, RTS (Rewind Technique for Trauma), Family Constellations, Psychosynthesis, and mindfulness-based practices, these sessions are designed to help you process emotional blocks, trauma, and overwhelm with care and clarity. Ideal for individuals seeking deeper healing beyond traditional talk therapy.

The process gently uncovers hidden dynamics and supports emotional release, clarity, and realignment.
